Changing or cancelling an order

You can change the size, colour or delivery address, or cancel your order yourself, within 1 hour of placing it: go to your account, open Orders and choose Edit or Cancel.

After 1 hour your order is being packed and can no longer be edited online. Contact our team as soon as possible and we'll try to stop it, but we can't promise changes once packing has started.

Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled. You can return it after it arrives: see Returns and refunds policy.

Promo codes can't be added to an order after it's placed.
