Shipping to the UK, the EU and Australia

UK and EU orders ship from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, so customers in the UK and the EU never pay import duties or customs fees.

• UK: 3-5 business days, £8.95, free over £90.
• EU: 3-6 business days, €9.95, free over €100.
• Australia: orders ship from Denver and arrive in 7-12 business days. Shipping costs $19.95 (USD) and is free over $200. Duties and GST are calculated at checkout and included in your total.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Central European Time on a business day ship the same day from Rotterdam.

We don't currently ship to other countries. If you use a parcel forwarding service, returns and warranty claims must come from a country we ship to.
