When will I get my refund?

We process refunds within 3 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse, and email you when it's done.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take another 5-10 business days to show it. Klarna refunds update your Klarna payment plan.

Original shipping costs aren't refunded, unless the item was faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return tracking shows it was delivered to us, contact our team with your order number.
