Returns and refunds policy

You can return most items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Please try boots on indoors only.

• US, UK and EU: returns are free. Start a return in your account under Orders > Return items to get a prepaid label.
• Canada and Australia: a return label costs $9.95, deducted from your refund.

Not returnable: items marked Final sale, and socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons) unless they're faulty.

Worn or used items can't be returned, but manufacturing defects are covered by our 2-year warranty.

Gifts: you can return a gift for a gift card using the order number on the gift receipt.
