Warranty and repairs

All Northwind products have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, such as failed seams, broken zips and a peeling waterproof layer.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage from misuse or incorrect washing, or items bought from other sellers.

To make a claim, contact our team with your order number and photos of the fault. If it's covered, we'll repair or replace the item for free.

Repair programme: after the warranty ends, we can still repair our jackets and backpacks at cost, typically $15-$40. Our team will quote the price before any work starts.
