Written to be read, not to cover us.

Store owners

• To score a store we read its public help pages only. We follow each site's robots.txt and never read anything behind a login.
• If you ask for your score, we keep your store's address and your email, and use the email to send your score and follow up about it. Nothing else, and we don't sell or share it.
• A store's private page is hidden from search engines and stops working after a few weeks. We delete it sooner if you ask.
• The public index names only stores that scored well. Ask and we'll take yours off.

Customers chatting with an assistant

• We keep what you type and the answers, so the store can see what customers ask. If you leave your email for the store's team, it goes to that store's helpdesk.
• We don't store IP addresses, set tracking cookies or sell data. The chat remembers your conversation in your own browser's storage.
• Answers are written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from the store's own pages.
