How the score works

For each store we read up to 20 public help pages: FAQ, shipping, returns, contact and similar. We follow each site's robots.txt and never read anything behind a login.
A store gets a full point for each question its pages answer specifically (a number of days, a date, a price, the steps to follow), half a point when they touch the topic but leave shoppers asking, and nothing when no page answers it. The score is out of 100.
Every credited answer is backed by the store's own words. We check each quote against the page before it counts.
Stores are named here only for doing well.
